In this very hands-on class you will make a wide variety of dishes including how to make and roll your own pasta the traditional way! You will leave this course not only with the knowledge of how to recreate these dishes but also with lots of tasty treats to take home to share with friends and family!.

Typical areas covered – making pasta, Italian Bread with Delicious Toppings, Pesto, Risotto, Bruschetta, Biscotti.

Corporate Evenings

If you are looking for a fun, team building evening for you and your colleagues then consider an evening class at Pippins Cookery School. On this course you will work in groups to create a 3 course meal that you will then sit and eat at our large dining table whilst all the tidying and washing up is taken care of for you! This is a great and unusual way to spend a lovely evening together with your work friends.

Cuisine – 4 weeks

You will cover a wide range of skills including knife skills, sauce making and fish preparation to name just a few. Each week you will prepare a range of delicious dishes to take home to share with your friends and family whilst developing your culinary skills. This course is perfect for those with no previous cooking experience as well as those who wish to progress on their cooking journey. Come and join us for a fun filled few hours.
