Edible Gifts Class – Get ready for the festive season with this very hands on course. You will make a range of sweet and savoury treats that you can give beautifully packaged to friends and family (or keep for yourself!). This course will help relieve the worry about what to give as gifts at Christmas as well as discovering some new delicious recipes. All packaging will be provided and you will leave with plenty of tasty items to share. Typical recipes include – Fruit and Nut Biscotti, Sweet Chilli Jam, Chocolate Bombs, Spiced Frosted Nuts, Strawberry and Black Pepper Shortbread, Hot Chocolate Stirrers, Apple Chutney, Parmesan Biscuits.

Confident Cuisine –  this 4 week  course each Friday is designed to fill you with extra confidence in the kitchen as well as providing you with inspirational new recipes. You will cover a wide range of skills including knife skills, sauce making and fish preparation to name just a few. Each week you will prepare a range of delicious dishes to take home to share with your friends and family whilst developing your culinary skills. This course is perfect for those with no previous cooking experience as well as those who wish to progress on their cooking journey. Come and join us for a fun filled few hours.

Example dishes made – stuffed pork tenderloin, jointed chicken with 3 different recipes, sweet potato and butternut squash Thai curry, home made Naan breads and Onion Bhajis, homemade pasta with coriander pesto, parsnip and pear soup with soda bread, mini pavlovas, individual sticky toffee puddings, meringue roulade.

Vegan Baking and Desserts – be amazed at all the brilliant sweet treats you can create using an array of plant based ingredients. If you are lacking experience in baking vegan products then this is the course for you! Learn how to make delicious recipes to add to your repertoire and gain confidence in the kitchen.

Typical dishes made – Chai Latte Cheesecakes, Olive Oil and Avocado Chocolate Mousse, Salted Caramel and Chocolate Tart, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Millionaires Shortbread.
