Confident Cuisine – this 4 week course each Friday is designed to fill you with extra confidence in the kitchen as well as providing you with inspirational new recipes. You will cover a wide range of skills including knife skills, sauce making and fish preparation to name just a few. Each week you will prepare a range of delicious dishes to take home to share with your friends and family whilst developing your culinary skills. This course is perfect for those with no previous cooking experience as well as those who wish to progress on their cooking journey. Come and join us for a fun filled few hours.
Example dishes made – stuffed pork tenderloin, jointed chicken with 3 different recipes, sweet potato and butternut squash Thai curry, home made Naan breads and Onion Bhajis, homemade pasta with coriander pesto, parsnip and pear soup with soda bread, mini pavlovas, individual sticky toffee puddings, meringue roulade.
