Focusing on easy but impressive dishes, you will learn new tips and gain confidence to prepare dinner party quality food. Typical areas covered – duck breasts, stuffed chicken breasts, salmon noisettes, vegetable bundles, potatoes en papilotte, smoked mackerel pate, lemon posset, rosemary shortbread.

Corporate Evenings

If you are looking for a fun, team building evening for you and your colleagues then consider an evening class at Pippins Cookery School. On this course you will work in groups to create a 3 course meal that you will then sit and eat at our large dining table whilst all the tidying and washing up is taken care of for you! This is a great and unusual way to spend a lovely evening together with your work friends.
