Using the appropriate knives you will learn how to prepare a range of different meats gaining confidence in carrying out new skills in your own kitchen. You will prepare and create delicious dishes ready for you to take away to enjoy at home. Typical areas covered – jointing chicken, stuffing meat, preparing pork tenderloin, making sausages, pan frying steak.
